Fidelity presently provides title and closing services to individuals, lenders, and attorneys in a fourteen county area in southwestern Ohio. Fidelity maintains a staff of professional title examiners, title officers, and other title personnel to prepare various types of title evidence for our customers. We issue title insurance as an agent for two of the largest and well-respected national underwriters. In addition to the protection afforded by their financial resources, Fidelity separately maintains errors and omissions coverage.
Fidelity also maintains an experienced closing staff, which coordinates the entire closing transaction. Fidelity can obtain all lien payoffs, assist in resolving title problems, obtain and verify other settlement data, establish the time and place of closing, prepare or arrange for the preparation of all necessary documents, and close the transaction. If our office location is not convenient for you, we will close in your lender’s or Realtor’s office at your request.
Fidelity’s closing services are fully computerized. We have a centralized computer system with integrated software that not only serves as a document preparation system, but also provides file tracking, accounting, and indexing functions as well.
Fidelity is a privately held locally owned company. Fidelity’s primary shareholders are two attorneys licensed in the State of Ohio who have devoted their practices to real estate law and managing title operations in southwestern Ohio for more than thirty-five years.
